WHAT IS IT?
Lion
Lion Battalion is a 1:1 personal training 12-month program tailored specifically to you. Work with a coach to get your macronutrients, exercises, adjustments, etc., and reach your desired body goal.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Lion Battalion is for anybody who wants to be in control of their body and the way it looks for the rest of their life. It works for anybody, regardless of their knowledge or previous experience.
WHERE DOES IT HAPPEN?
Lion Battalion is hosted online and consists of a dedicated mobile app, check-in’s, live Q&A calls, and an online community. You work with your coach online, on your own time.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
You work with your coach to determine your body goals and how to achieve them. Your dedicated coach will provide you with customized macronutrients, workout plans, and work with you to adjust as your body begins to evolve.
WHEN DOES IT START?
Lion BattalionLion Battalion is online, it starts the moment you enroll. Your coach will onboard you and get you started ASAP. Our VIP agreements are 12-month plans to guarantee you achieve the body of your dreams.

I created Lion Battalion because men were always asking me for a dedicated personal training program from someone who actually has done it.

Dedicated 1-on-1 Coach
All coaches are certified in both nutrition and fitness, and most hold additional specialty certifications. Your coach will monitor your progress and guide you to the outcome you’re looking for.
1-on-1 Monthly Coaching
Everyone's ideal macro numbers change over time, but you never have to make these updates alone. Every month, you’ll have a call with your coach to help you through these transitions and continue seeing results.
Reset Mindset
Weekly group calls with your coach to showcase your wins, get every question you have answered and stay on track with your macros, workouts and mindset through every change in your body and goals.
24/7 Support
Any time you have a question, all you have to do is send a private message to your coach (you should get a reply in 24-48 hours). Anything you’re not comfortable sharing with the group stays between you and your coach.
Weekly Calls
Our weekly online training calls are your ultimate accountability and progress tool, designed to keep you on track toward your fitness goals. Each session includes coaching to fine-tune your program, and strategies to elevate your results.
Lion Battalion App
Individual workout plans where you can log your weight per exercise for future reference and see your number of reps updated by your coach. Every exercise has a demo video within the app so you can always check your form!

Frequently asked questions
How do I receive the program?
The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalised program! terms and conditions.
Is this subscription based?
Yes, the reason I have chose to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or 3 monthly. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.
Is this available world wide?
Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program..
Can I do the plan at home?
We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form.
Refunds and returns?

How do I cancel?
To cancel your subscription you must email myself with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.
Is this good for beginner?
The workouts are entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym, I’ve got your back with your very own personalised program. Choose weights that are appropriate for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.
Is each month the same?
No, each month is different. This will involve an increase in how much weight you lift, change of exercise variations, and changes in your diet that are constantly updated as your body changes. We need to give your body a reason to progress.
